I'm Joe Joseph
Joe Joseph, the President, and owner of Joseph Realty Inc., immigrated to the United States in 1983. He earned a Master’s Degree (MS) in Biology/Anthropology and also completed a Master’s Degree (MA) Program in Sociology/Psychology. He was employed by and worked as a Microbiologist at Publix Supermarkets, Quality Control Laboratory in Lakeland for 17 years.
After getting his Real Estate license in 1987, Joe became a realtor. He joined a Century 21 RE Company, gaining experience and knowledge in the industry until he started his own company, Joseph Realty, Inc. in 1991. Professionalism, knowledge, and a high level of business acumen earned him respect and a great reputation in the industry. During the past 36 years of professional Real Estate business dealings, Joe has personally assisted thousands of clients and friends along with his Business Management team.

Over the years, Joe has served in a variety of leadership positions within the community through many profit and nonprofit organizations. The Salvation Army Board, Kiwanis Club, Chamber of Commerce, Realtor Associations, LEDC, USF Minority Councils, and Local School Advisory Councils are some of the few civic and social organizations he has served over the years. Joe is very active in his local church as a Sunday School teacher and joyfully contributes to the spiritual upliftment of both children and youth. Joe has been married to his wife for 39 years and has 3 daughters- Dimble, Crystal & Priya.

I'm Matthew Cobb
Matthew Cobb has been passionate about real estate since his earliest years growing up in Colorado. His aim has always been to chart a path that helps others in his community. Moving to Tampa and finding inspiration in this remarkable city inspired him to find his true calling in real estate, helping clients make the biggest investment of their lives. The clients he works with become friends and an integral part of his network, which Matthew feels extremely blessed to have.

I'm Anna George
In 1997, Anna immigrated to the United States. She took the Pharmacy Boards in 1999 when she became a licensed pharmacist in the State of Florida. Anna worked for Walgreens for seven years as a pharmacist. Then she moved to CVS where she’s worked as a pharmacy manager for the past sixteen years. In 2011, Anna graduated from the University of Florida with a Doctor of Pharmacy.
As of 2022, Anna got licensed as a real estate agent in the State of Florida. She has spent her entire professional career in a client facing profession providing a high quality of customer service. She has been praised by colleagues and customers alike for her attention to meeting customer needs. Anna brings the same integrity, competence, knowledge and passion to her future real estate clients.
Anna is married and has two kids. She is passionate about missions and helping the most marginalized people in society.

I'm George Mathew
George Mathew hails from Kerala, the Southernmost State of India. After earning a master’s degree in accounting, George relocated to Bahrain and later to Muscat, Oman, where he worked as an accountant and food and beverage cost controller for almost seventeen years.
In 1997, George immigrated to the United States with his wife and two children. He has been a Public Servant for the state of Florida since 1999. He was so enthusiastic about real estate business and investing that he became a realtor in 2000 and has been a member of the Joseph Realty family ever since. His first real estate deal was purchasing his own property in Lakeland to build a permanent home.

Over the years, George has developed many friendships with builders and developers in the Polk County area. He has utilized builder’s services to build spec homes and duplexes in addition to selling several residential houses to various families.
George is an active member of his community, participating in outreach and serving at his local church alongside his family. He is an ardent fan and player of volleyball. George has a reputation for making friends during the first encounter and has excellent people skills. When selling a property for a client, he believes in a “total package” transaction in which he will identify the ideal home and assist his client in obtaining the correct mortgage.
